It can prolly be a stupid question but me and some other friends were asking each other about this item xD


U can buy with it an item in boutique for 1200 crystals with inside a lot of things....


The doubt we got is mostly about the purple note on it: "if u used an ark instead of runes u will get crystals".
We all never used an ark (not on main and not on reinc) but since we lvled up a reinc to get this coupon we will get runes and all the stuff inside if we buy the item in boutique or nope?
"How is that possible that no1 can actually dps? ;("

YES as long as you've never used any miraculous ark before(dunno about the reincar ark). I sent a ticket regarding this one(when it's still bugged) and I've used it already. Also, you'll receive this item only once even if you create more reincarnates but I guess you can open that in any avatar you prefer anyways. I opened this one on my reincar that got the coupon so some items like bitter infusion, free trader coins, etc became bound to that particular avatar lols :D

How long did you have to wait after you've sent a ticket? I'm asking because i'm waiting like 3 days and still no answer. I don't know how long i have to wait till i get it.

for the ticket that I've sent on this one, I got the reply just one day though(automated response I guess) and issue was resolved in about 2 weeks

But what if the item I've reported will expire? Will the issue will be resolved anyway, by that i mean if they will give me another item (discount) that works properly? The item will expire in like 8-9 days if I'm not mistaken.

So, i did what you said, took a screenshot and sent it to them. Now im waiting like 15 days and the case is still in progress. How much time I have to wait to get the job done? Because as u can see 2 weeks are not enough for them :thumbdown:

in the past you can only buy it for blue crystals, duno if they have change it now....can´t check it cause i had buy the Item long time ago....so may you check your cash shop to get the answer to your question if you can buy the coupon now
