for leveling shocking grasp, iceflow and icy comet all with aoerubies are enough. i took the other electrostuff too but didnt need it at any situation.
i took bloddlust and concentration for hpreg and damageabsorb...
PLS make Tekians playable race. fix shipcanons!

For the most part for a good pve build just follow the stars. Electric pulse/thunderhead and related rubies aren't necessary. You really won't use those.
