connection issues

Hey are the servers officially up yet? I can log into the character screen and attempt to load in but at around 23% of the loading time on the loading screen, it boots me out to the account log-in window and says "connection broken: the connection was closed".

progressive download eating up all your connection and thus horrible ping and thus timeout? just a guess

Yeah it has finished its download, I've checked if the installation files were corrupted and everything checks out ok. Can anyone else access the server or is it still down?
