my biggest wish for that patch? clarly that the globald cooldown gets removed so game gets the feeling it had before 7.0 again, a responsive game
now it feels like lag all the time :thumbdown:

The devs responded with a comment on youtube that says this new race character can only be created as a reincarnation and starts at level 70 with own story.

The article mentions what all their racials do:

Psionicists - Swap position with an enemy target that you have a valid path to.
Scouts - Set a trap that immobilizes and deals damage over time.
Mages - For the next 15 seconds 50% less elemental forces will be used for skills.
Bards - While the effect lasts, any buff dispelled by enemies will heal allies for some amount.
Paladins - Restores the timer on all barriers to 10 seconds
Healers - Dispels all control effect on target and grants immunity to them for some time.
Warriors - Temporarily increases Fury and Sustainability.

That's not enough, it should be a Char that you only can play if you have all Reincarnations at max lvl.
