Maybe open some tickets by support ? Ambrosia is part of the game/CS items, would be a shame if you can't benefit from it and need to buy morphers again.

Well, there's something you can do about it.

You need to calculate if it maybe pays off more to just add all the money you intend to top up with 'regularly' to one big pile and wait until you get this 200% bonus then top up with the entirety of that pile for a massive bonus.

Don't paying players care about extreme efficiency as well?

Maybe, except the bonus is limited to 1500 PC, so if you do get the 200%, it only takes a 750 BC topup to use it all.

I can confirm bonus you get from magic lamp is related to how much you CS. You've been lucky scarlet, but as a very irregular and small topper when I did, I can tell that bonus from magic lamp is related to your top ups. I almost always got 100 or 200% when i stopped for a while, and much smaller amounts when i was topping up even small amounts monthly.

I have again 200% and that's because I didn't top up in a while. Won't be baited by it again, trust me.

well at some point you gonna cash anyway :P i mean atm its actually pretty f2p friendly from what i see O.o i mean no need at all to buy stuff atm cuz you get everything for free^^ (well maybe exept the new temporal cs items but they usually are super cheap like 3-5 euro so thats something you can actually get by playing)
