How to increase font size in ...

I hope someone can help me. I have a new laptop with a 15.6" screen. However, the only text I can read after making it larger, is the chat box. I have bad eyesight but wear contacts and am still having to squint. Is there a way to make the quest tracker and message box text larger and or the icons along the action bar? Or, is there an add on that can help? My video resolution is 1366x768 and laptop resolution is the same.

For the font size of message boxes and quest log I don't know. But for the Action-Skills Icons you can use ActionsMod ( https://alloder.pro/files/file/238-actionsmod/ ). Though I didn't really tested this mod in past neither did I for this patch, I still think it should be working.
For this site you maybe need a translate function like Google Chrome Browser offers you.
