if I understand correctly, Gpotato listed your account as inactive, which for some reason blocked it from transfer.
They are saying they cannot help as they can not access the database.
I have just checked, and our support team will be able to assist you. How ever you will be asked to provide some evidence that the GpotatoID in question is indeed yours (any receipt emails like you mentioned should help, as long as it shows the GpotatoID and your email).
