cant log in

i got allods thru steam well today i went to play it. opened steam hit play on allods opens up my.com for me like always but this time it didnt connect me steam with it to were it logged me in with my steam info like before ive tried about everything i can think of reinstalling asking for help in support still no answer with them. idk how to log in without going thru steam.
