top up account issues

Hi, my name Is Amine, I have a problem in payment to top up my account with crystals, I'm from Tunisia, the payment method Ichoose is Paypal, i have 7 euros in my account, I tried to top up my account with 500 crystals wich costs 5 euros.
Nevertheless, after clicking on "Continue Button, a new pop up page for payment appears, the payment starts loading, but in result I can see only home page of my paypal account, and the payment never succeed... So I need your help if you could help me guys, or a way to contact allods itself, thanks :)
