Totally New Player

Hello guys. I decided to start play Allods but as always in every game I have few questions about mechanics, world, classes etc.

1. Server - Im from Poland. I wrote it cause Im not sure if there are any servers which are for Europe, other regions or sth. So which server will be probably best for new Player and unexperienced player?
2. Class - I know there is DPS role, healer etc in Allods. Mainly I want to start playing with Meele DPS. Its my favorite play style. I just love dealing tons of damage as fast as I can.
3. ItemShop - is that game is p2win? I mean... if I can earn good items from cash shop in game - there is no problem, but I hate when items in cashshop are overpowered and Its not possible to obtain sth in game.

I think there are 3 the most important questions for me. I will be very thankful If somebody will respond.

new server is pay to win, there is no goldexchange so a non-donator cant get certain items
old server has goldexchange so you can farm everything over time

melee dps "best" = warrior

servers are all in EU, ping is no problem even from australia or antarctica

What about race if I want to start with warrior?

Race wont matter hugely its only cosmetic(there is racials but they wont make huge difference in playstyle). If you want my honest opinion either play on p2p server or quit allods because gold exchange for cash shop currency is high af. You have 1 week free sub for p2p server i would highly suggest to use it.
