Migrated my account and decided to check the game out after 2 years of not playing. I log in with my new credentials and it lists my old characters.
The problem is they are all invisible. Even after letting the game "get information from the server" for 5- 10 minutes. I have tried to make a new character only to find this issue is still there on the creation screen.

I can log into the game world and I can see the NPCs, but my toon, mount, and presumably other players are still invisible. the only time I can see my character is if I zoom in almost all the way - to where the camera is so close to the character you can see through it. But as soon as I zoom back out I can no longer see it.

The game is 100% downloaded, and I have my video card drivers up to date. Would really like some help with this one!

Also, my characters appear when I attack mobs but disappear when I stop. Very wired.

while I respect the option of removing Avast, that just isn't for me. Avast, in my opinion, is the best free option there is. So I think I'll just sit this game out. Such a pity. Never had that issue when I played the game on gpotato...
