Asking for a friend ofcourse
You own several accounts in the past, with different levels. You know the login of all of them, but you don't know on which acc was which level chars.
For P2P you'd have to sub a random account and hope that it's got the characters you hoped it had?
On ru website, people can see a lot more info in their website accounts. Why not for EU? Can u make it happen for EU?

It is very inconvenient for EU players not having the ability to see history of purchases, owned accounts, ingame signature, all features RU does have.
For what reason is it that EU players do not have these features?
