I guess I'm just a very nostalgic kind of person. I used to love this game. There was a time I lived it like a 2nd life. I honestly thought of my guild as my 2nd family. I have so many good memories of this game. It makes me happy to remember all the places and interactions.
I started many years ago, I think about the same week that Gipat was added. I wonder if anyone else is around from back then. Aside from a bit of super overpriced cash shop stuff, the game was perfect for me.
Sadly, the game went in a direction that I didn't like and kept going down that direction until I could no longer play. Everything about end game that I enjoyed is beyond far too gone for me to ever be able to participate again. However, I do entertain the idea of getting on to just revisit the old leveling areas again from time to time. Maybe I'll make another incarnation to go through the adventure again?
I want to try to avoid negativity. My nostalgia posts tend to follow a downwards trend of reminiscing and then slowly starting to get upset at what the game has become. I apologize for my negativity in the past. I had such a burning hot passion for this game, so I don't think I can ever truly just let it go, lol. It was a wonderful time, but the later half of the game has changed into something that I can no longer enjoy, so it will only ever just be a memory now.
Anyway, does anyone else have any good memories of super old times in this game? Do we have many veterans who still play?
