You pay your sub with crystals. So first load some crystals and then pay your sub. I recommend to buy more than one month because it'll get extremely cheap if you do that.

You will need to top up your account with crystals: http://en.allods.com/billing
then from the subscription page choose which package you want to use.
30 days (1000 Crystals)
60 days (1600 Crystals)
90 days (2100 Crystals)

after that, you should be clear to join the subscription server :)
