Oke so I played the game when the level cap was 51 and I also reached it. Then I couldn't play for a long while because my PC crashed

Now I play it again on my level 51 but I cannot get to Irdrich/ pearl ring. I have asked a lot of players in game how to fix it but they couldn't really help me out. Almost everyone says I have to get a strange email from the mail dude and then I get a quest but I just don't have this mail. I also tried everything else from talking with aidenus to just checking my mail again it just didn't work. And before people ask I completed all quests until the cradle so I should have had it.

Can someone pls help me with this so I can also become level 60

I have no quests in my quest log

Yes I play on the league side and I think I finished all my WM as far as I can
