Letter from the King Bug

Hi, my character name is Neval i started playing again recently after a long break, this game is a great replacement for my beloved World of Warcraft but i cannot pay for that anymore, 8 years and almost 1000 dollars down i could have used differently. Anyways, i was doing the quest line in Umoir and i got to the quest Letter from the King gained from the post masters in Nezebgrad but when i go to the king to turn it in, i am unable to turn it in, their is no indicater of the ability, so i logged onto my alt account and did it their and it worked fine, i feel like it is maybe a glitch with who or how i got it? Hopefully i can get this fixed or a game mod can instantly finish this for me or something, thanks, and it feels good to be back.
