Cannot buy subscription time

I'm trying to resubscribe (for some reason) to the Smuggler's Paradise server. When I select how long I want to subscribe for, it tells me "Internal service error. Please, contact our support team." I have enough crystals, so that can't be the problem.


I put in a ticket and they responded in about 2 seconds asking for more info, then they sent my issue to the "correct department". That was 3 days ago and still no response.


Has anyone else had this issue or know how to correct it? Or is my only choice just waiting around until they finally get to me?
