You are however completely off on how the Power works. Let's say you do 100 damage, it'll then take the 20% into account, so that'll be 120 damage. After that it takes support aspect into account so you'll end up doing a total of 145.2 damage. Which is a 45.2% increase and no, it does not affect healing to my knowledge.
The stat buffs get a flat efficiency bonus though, so with level 3 support aspect they'll always give 423.5 points.

Personally I also don't see a reason of just listing a bunch of skills close to randomly either, all of these are available in-game as well, along with the aspect markings through this addon: https://alloder.pro/files/file/324-spellicon/
Instead, you could probably talk about how the support aspect keeps up buffs, which spells share cooldown and which stats are important for certain aspects and activities.

Also spelling. I realize not everyone has a proper grasp of the English language, but please, if you put so much effort into copy-pasting skills from the game as least try to spell their names correctly.

What the hell are you talking about? Do you even understand basic math? 2 increased by 200% equals 6, not 4.
2 increased by 100% = 4 (double)
2 increased by 200% = 6 (triple)
And btw, he did a good job with the post, stop complaining. Nobody asked him to do the guide, he did it because he wanted to. So if you have better ideas for guides, do one yourself, we are waiting for it.

As for the "complaints"... if you'd rather see errors in a guide meant for new players than point them out in order to fix it, then I'll just show myself out of this topic and let it all slide. It's better to be misinformed anyways.

Alternative opinion

2 seconds increased by 100% = 2 seconds * 2.0 = 2 seconds * 200% = 4 seconds
2 seconds increased by 200% = 2 seconds * 3.0 = 2 seconds * 300% = 6 seconds

But as I said, it was only nitpicking there - I'm not even sure why are you trying to prove me wrong so hard.

P.s. I play for the engineer in about 5 months(7.0 from the start to the Russian server) and could excuse the bad English.

And i would like good rotations for the support build since i think i could improve the one i using now.

I am thinking that the build is missing some support stuff, like remove debuffs for example. So, i want to make a few changes, taking in account that i don't have all the rubies. I was thinking in something like:

I want to focust mostly on pve (raids: SP, easy and maybe normal), but added some pvp stuff for some skirmishes and dominion.

Also, is wise to put both offensive buffs (damage and CD reduction)? If it is, then which would be the best way to use them together? or must use one or the other depending on the fight and classes in the party?
