my suggestion? if i would start again without any char but with all my knowledge and unwilling / unable to donate?

i would select a sorcerer (fastest leveling due to unique class abilities) and level up to max
i find 5 players which help me forming a guild, im far too busy with myself than wanting to do social stuff in a guild
later i can put my reincs into it and profit from guildboni, giving them all a regalia
i would try to get a lootpet and a mount ASAP
i would save up BC & farm until i can afford the beginners pack with 6xV runes
then i would attend in battleground as a minimum-geared and do daily reinc quest
if i do not attend in BG i would farm (either kill mobs or do astral)
i would not gear up 1 single piece
i would start to get all the cheap basic items which can be farmed in 1 or 2 days
after 7(or was it10?) days i have some basic things and my reinc is ready
i also have likely enough amalgam from the BGs for greatness (exchange amalgam for signs of greatness; i dont gear up, its worthless else)
i would start personal allod quests
i start to level my 1st reinc
while leveling it i gain a lot of gold from the quests if its enough i will use it for a iridescent jar, and what is above i will also use for simple improvements
i would attend in BG at least once every day for x2 bonus
i would set orderbonus to x2 BG emblems
for my reinc i would set orderbonus to x2 exp so i always level faster
i would level the reinc to max
if i get kicked of BG i would change to my reinc
then more reincs, i learn about all the classes this way
i play every reinc to max and i build personal allods for all of them
meanwhile, i have gained a lot of items
i never spent gold / BC on things which do not make my char stronger (costumes etc) or temporary things (potions,...)
better items no longer only take a few days for getting them but rather a few months
im being buying cheap items to sell them for a higher price
i keep in mind i can combine them to a better one incase i dont succeed at selling them for a good price
i accumulate more and more gold
i never waste it
over some time i have 13 chars, each with a personal allod, each with daily quests, each with x2 win in BG, all with basic gear and a lot if items
i have many auctions running and i still farm every day
i have much more time than the other players since i dont gear up
^ i can stay in this gaining-mode as long as i wish to get stronger
now, after some time:
im economically already strong enought to be not really "hurt" by spending gold in gearup
i select the class of the reincarnations i want to gearup & pvp with and start gearing it up
i only do easy sectors and use green hammers
i am aware its not worth to spend time in hard sectors and to spend gold in better hammers for gear which gets reset soon anyway
since i already have a good economical strenght i still grow
^at this point everything else is just a matter of time while the process of growth is a self-runner
i do my daily tasks (which takes me under 30 minutes) and the rest i spend dynamic
is there is 100deter / 30% off bonus i do astral
if there is + 50% bg emblems i do BG with all the reincs
if i feel lik it i go to novograd and molest some ligs
i decide the game is worth supporting and send them a donation for their good work and for entertaining me for such a long time

... i think thats a solid base now which pretty much sums it up how i would handle things as a new player with old thoughts
i am sure this way is NOT for everyone (or even not for most) but maybe someone can profit from my shared thoughts at least partially


btw, for your comparison which was like "its like fighting vs a god as a worm" or something: if you are "full cashshop" and only a little bit behind in gear you will still lose vs the one with "worse cashshop" but which is "fully geared"
so the question is: rather lose a few 1vs1 battles and save the time and effort of top-gear or rather win every battle but have a lot of work to do (and the hardest part of this is finding players, coordinate and everything)

funny. maybe you should play other mmos too, and see how a proper mmo is managed without fucking over their customers over and over again. I think I only spent like 50 euros in allods a few years ago, but I will never ever pay money to my.com again and many players who have tried revelation online and skyforge feel the same about this company.

You are either blind or stupid if you think that gear isn't part of the cash shop.
Let's see, to have full teal at the end of the season you HAVE to do the hard sector everyday, and let's be honest, it is rare for a group doing hard sector to accept a player with lvl 4 or 5 runes in it, and even if you get into one, you will need those abundance scrolls to finish your daily astral keys because this group will not accept you again when they see your damage compared to theirs. You also need hammers and if you buy them from the boutique it costs around 1200 crystals per month, maybe a LITTLE cheaper if you buy from AH.

Players who pay 30-40 euros per month can even FARM a lot more gold than somebody who spends 5 euros because they get battleground emblems resets and double tkarik sparks.

At least it's a good thing that the p2w genre is dying in the west

i also read the complaints about the problems some players had and thought that things should run otherwise in certain cases

finding the group is the hard part, yes, because its hard to get 6 players which are good at the same time
thats why i speak up for an alternative like a had distortion or proper mercenaries
the (teal) hammers are only a matter of gold

the regular donators get double emblems and sparks,correct, but with with reincarnations you have more than enough
honestly, i usually do NOT make it to spend all emblems on 13 chars in 7 days

yes i solo everything too, on purpose, so where is the problem?
it saves a lot of time (and nerves) to be a soloplayer as you can concentrate 100% on your interests, you NEVER have to feel obligated doing anything for anyone
- however as a soloplayer you still can join random groups, raids, whatever - just without any "bindings"... never confuse soloplayer with complete isolation
if you want a grp for maze or something just worldshout "looking for grp maze - all welcome" and you will find players

why do you think there are groups consisting of 3 or 4 players form a guild which invite non-guildies? because even a guild wont guarantee you willing and able players for what you want to do

if you get bored from the game its a problem that cannot be solved by us
i still play this game because its still interesting to me
if the game is not (no longer) interesting to you, is it a good idea to keep playing? its a game and should be fun - if its not pleasent to play something is going wrong

you could take a break from the game and see whether you miss it or not...?

a psc arisen with full level 13 runes it was so exciting

it seems we have a different picture here
when i started this game with no runes (it took me some time to find out what runes are and that you can buy level 1 runes from a vendor) it was very exciting to me
when i was in ase teph with 211-111 runes and faced level 8 runed players it was still exciting for me
when i had level 4 runes and went into battleground with level 10+ runed enemies i still enjoyed it
when i now kill with level 13 runes i also enjoy it

for me the game is more than runes

it was my first time feeling how the purchaser does feel

beating powerful enemies so easily fighting and dominating other players

i gained that feeling without purchases very often
it was the result of testing what a good gear leads to

can you imagine what kind of feeling is it when you have not donated but still dominate in BG (and even kill those who put in thousands)...?

i dont play goblinball, its not pleasent to me, so i dont know about it

i dont know how much gold the level 9 cost in total, its not possible to determine this in a reasonable way since the goldincome, exchange and prices have been changing a lot over time

my daily "income" is strong dependent on what ppl buy
one day someone buy an expensive item, i gain 70 mio gold
one day nobody buy anything, i just gain a few thousands from battleground / astral
one day i have more time to play, i can farm all the day, i gain a few 100k
one day i just do basic things, i dont even gain the few thousands of astral / BG since i dont do it

my playtime has been dynamic too
i had times where i had more time to play and farmed 500BC every day; i used to let the game run beside watching TV & doing work
i had times i had no time for my hobbies, i just played ~5 minutes (check auction)
since some of my liabilities are not foreseeable i cant just plan my gaming time like others can... sometimes, the only thing which is possible to do gamingrelated for me is read in this forum

i maybe should add: its not economical to farm in allods at all! economical is to donate! why? because if you farm a "day" and gain 500BC its like you work "a day" and gain 5$
the economical way is to work 1h in RL and donate these 100$ you earned so its like you farmed 10.000 BC in 1 hour
farming is just for FUN, its for those who like to play around
i love to spend my free time with games so i love to farm aswell
i dont farm to save money - actually, overall, the farming "costs" me money since i could get paid in RL instead of playing games!
seen from the outside, gaming is an expensive hobby, even if you dont donate at all, time is money

i am not a big fan of tkarikcave
in KOE i sometimes spend several hours killing the mobs, its very pacifying - once and awhile a little lig comes beteen the mobs and gets killed too
in skirmish i love to spend many hours too if possible - this lead to having more emblems than i can spend so i try to change chars from time to time

its not like i started this game with top items to sell, i made my way slowly

to come to a conclusion, you have the following options:
- be patient and slowly get more of everything
- be impatient, donate and get fastly what you want

you wont get things fast & free
decide, either free OR fast

Because being a competitive player is doing high dps in battlegrounds? Anyone who has spent more than 5000 euros on runes like you can be in top 10 dps in skirmishes, but I have never seen you being the first . And kills don't count because to get a kill you just have to deal the final blow, not the most damage.

@Arushieru, if you are not going to spend at least 500 euros/dollars in the next 1-2 years, I suggest you find another game to play, if you PM me I can suggest another MMOs to you that I am also playing where being the best is equal to being good at the game, not spending 5000 euros to buy you skill. You could still play allods casually for the sake of old times, but keep in mind that you will never be able to farm cs items like people did 5 years ago.

LOL. You're writing this to a guy who couldn't figure out a minimal viable stat build in Allods on his own. "Being good at game" you say...

If it's not some FPS where "skill" means faster mouse movement, faster button clicking and faster reaction, then the guy is gonna fail in that game as well.

Because if "skill" means mastering game mechanics, making proper skill and stat builds, using them properly and doing well in team collaboration, then bad news for you, cash-shop-haters, those who have money to spend on a game are better in the latter meaning of "skill" because it's pretty much the skill that is required IRL to actually earn money.
