is full lvl 8 crystals enough for endgame / pvp ?
cuz i cant pay more to upgrade them

Hi,

Are you talking about runes when you ask "lvl 8 crystals" ?
If yes, then yeah it should be enough for the endgame and pvp. You will not be on the strongest player in pvp that's for sure, but you will be able to perform good. Same with PVE, you won't do a INSANE dps but if yuou play well your characters, then you will be able to have a decent dps and even a good one if you plays well.

level 8 RUNES? yes will be good enough

for PVP the gear is the most important thing

if you fight vs a level13 runes player with only basic gear while you have max gear its likely you will win as gear enhances strenght a LOT more than runes

Just keep in mind there's a lot of C$ stuff other than runes. While runes being the most overrated item, there are other more powerful boosts. Like Conclave and Perfection scrolls for example.
