Stuck on a quest; His Vocation

As the title says I failed the quest "His Vocation", Originally I had died and returned but was able to kill myself my throwing myself off the side and appearing in Nezebgrad, however... I thought I could go back (since the quest was failed but was removed from my quest log) and take it again... to my surprise I was and still am at the moment of writing this, stuck, can't move, the emergency teleport doesn't work and I can't die again to appear on nezebgrad.... is there any solutions to this?
