can't find a friend

so I am a level 75 in allows and my friend is new to the game when he got to lightwood I couldn't see him. I tried to add him by searching his game but all that popped up was he is apart of a different faction, when he wasn't we were in the same faction. how can. find my friend and play with him on this game so we see each other? :cursing:

You can't change server, you must select the server when you create the toon. My guess is one of you created the toon on new frontier and one on equilibrium. If that's the case, either you or your friend will have to create a new toon

After login you can pick server from list. If not - there is button for server selection at bottom left in character selection screen.
Can't move character - need to create new one on other server.
