Symbols of Advancement

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone has used the "Symbol Of Advancement" on their guild to get it to level 25?

In the CS it says "you need 6 symbols to reach level 25" (which would be $30)
But
when you go to the Guild Master guy in the tower he says "Bring me 6 symbols to raise your guild level by 1"

Can anyone confirm which is true please?

(I have an old guild from years ago and just keep it for fun and have friends alts/carnys etc in it, I know there are plenty of other guilds way higher then level 25, nostalgia lol
