 Even when things are hectic other game support at least send some kinda response to all the customers, Allods fails, they cant even do it. They have the worse customer service out of all games ive seen so far. I dont know why they even bother runnign a game if they cant have enough people to deal with them or anything. Let alone laucnh a broken game, unprofessionally laucnhing it while debuffs/quests/items and bosses are named place holder. and had a fail maintenance to fix it which failed ofc except changin glyphs

Because I think we may have missed that sale because of the horrid way this game was run prior to RU taking control back.

Drake5.1 they re-drop the drake in the prophetic card's april, 1st along with new color's. 3 month's away from seeing them on our server's.
 Also, currently we are running the exact same version as Russians. When 5.0 was released here, we got the hotfix they got the very same day. I have high hopes that 5.01 will be released at the same time on our servers as RU.

How many games have you played?  Ping was 100-140 even though server was in EU. Runes of Magic another horrible support also for almost a year most quests were on Chinese for EU version. I can keep on going with bugs, not banning exploiters, etc.. for many games....

When I played Tera EU, I had to wait 4-5 weeks for a response to a ticket which asked for more information and than another 4-5 weeks for them to solve itPing was 100-140 even though server was in EU. Don't forget most of what you said is during Gpotato times, so far I'm very happy with mail.RU. They are faster with merges and maintenance, servers seem faster especially considering the population is a lot bigger now, also the new radient boxes seem to have a much better drop rate than Gpotato. Keep in mind they had to move everything to their servers and develop a new community website from scratch.
So please before making such statements try and get more information or experince.
