Training Dummy question

At Ammer Polis it is 2x training Dummy.
The left is the "normal" one
The right it is the "red ring" one.





I have tested my dps may times at the red ring one, but the normal one now shows a lot less dps, why?
On red ring I have around 220-320 , average 300k ( changed stats and tested)
On normal one 80-122k , average 100. Still swaped some stats.


The Dummy does not HP, hence the Brutality should be 0 here to max the dmg.


Also I saw at the astral I have lot less dps on single target trash mobs than the boss. I don't know why.
Thash mobs has lower hp, but much more def stats? - same the "regular" training dummy?
