stuck at lvl 75

So I have this character which was boosted to lvl 75 from when they were handed out for free, but I can't seem to get the quest to continue the road to sorgot. I tried pretty much everything I could think of. Can't find any quests in ammer (which is where the 1st quest would take you if im not wrong) and I did have alot of mail in my mailbox, but noone for sorgot.
Plez help
