No, toss them. You will need to calculate how many you need to convert next time when you're getting greatness for your reincarnations.

Vendor the emblems. If u want to, keep the scepter and keep transforming amalgam and dust into emblems to vendor it for gold. The amalgam and dust is quite useless.
