Help Me Download The Game Please

I have been searching this forum for help but no one seems to know anything. I'm downloading the game right now but i'm stuck at 7167MB/7600MB. The download speed goes from 0 to 2 kb/sec. This isn't normal, what is wrong with the download client? I've tried ending the process with the task manager and restarting it but that doesn't help. Someone please help me fix this... I'm seriously desperate right now

Hi guys,

Have you tried pausing and restarting the downloading?
I found that helped me in the past when I had issue downloading the game the first time.

If you are still having problems as I'm not very technical I can't offer much more then asking you to contact our support: http://support.my.com/games/kbPage/3/ (this would be the best option until the tech page is available)
