debilating plague is meant as a pve skill where you can keep 1 mob out of combat for more than 30 secs which you'll find usefull if you go to harder sectors where you need to pull mobs 1 by 1

and about warden pet, i'm not entirely sure but if you use it on summoner pet it only works for 7 secs or so (like the pet would have patronage) so I would think that the same goes for warden pet
You might be able to use it when the owner doesn't have blessing on but that is a very rare occasion.

even if the owner has no blessing the CC will be broken after a few seconds due to willpower

blessing gives you the ability to use martyr spells (only salvation can be used w/o it, iirc)

correct, but i did not list them as i think most players do not use them any longer once martyr level is 60, since its cheaper to die than using them
