Add engineer costume to costume boxes.

Currently, the costume worn by Xadaganian Engineers on the character creation screen is not in the costume boxes. The wardrobe says it is in prophetic cards, however, the last event did not have it. I just want this costume in the normal costume boxes where it belongs.
