Regular Customer quest npc missing!

Anyone know anything about League side's Regular Customer quest's missing Elf npc in Siveria's Cape of Good Hope? It was there yesterday but isn't anymore... even autorun takes you to the vendor next to the tent.

Edit: was some bug... after relogging it reappeared. Can some MOD delete this post, thanks.
