at 4 am or 5am. I am really not sure whats gmt+2 anymore, I should be in gmt+1 zone but some sites show I am at gmt+2.

Server reset time is 4AM CEST (UTC+2).

CEST is France/Spain/Belgium/Germany/The Netherlands etc.
