i think they just run much bloodlust

cause at waves 40+ the healing is already reduced by 85% and in wave 70+ its probably even more

so taking a heal with you is probably not worth missing dps

actually summoner was dps

you can see AoP on tank, and AoP popping on ressurected players, same with seal.

and ye Bluescarlet is right, they are using bloodlust
