We've noticed the past issue has not been resolved -- It had been tested last week but it would seem there is still a hidden issue. We'd like to ask that players highlight this by supplying support tickets (even if they have done so before) with any useful information and screenshots they can offer - as very few tickets were supplied during the last issue, which is the most quantifiable indication of there being a problem.

Information such as the party you had, who signed in, if they had their champion regalia before patch 5.0.02 (etc) is beneficial - and we'll push this forward until the matter is resolved.
