Ingame characters not visible

When I logged in for the first time I couldn't see my character (both in character creation screen and when in game). I thought I need to wait for the packages to be downloaded. They have. And it's still happening. Can't see my characters. If I mount something, I see it. I can interract with NPC, chat and stuff. The invisible characters is my only problem...

Any solutions to this problem?

i had that same problem in past, seemed like Avast was the problem( lots of ppl comfirmed that) . So if u are running avast, try to find new AV ;p

Hello,

Is Avast your antivirus ?
Are you 100% sure all the game is downloaded (there is an indicator in the top right of the game) ?

If you have Avast : remove it from your computer and choose another one.
If your game is not 100% downloaded, then wait for a moment, your characters will appear :).

Yup, 100% sure it's downloaded. Guess it's avast. The sneaky bastard. Thank you guys :). Someone should make a thread on how to fix all the issues that are occuring...

Hello,
Also i have the same problem now, i have downloading a new anti virus program, now i have Norton, when i start the Game my Characters are invisible, but only when i run, when i run back my character are then visible or when i jump, have anyone a idea how i can fix this? Sorry for my bad english. :C

I have the same problem but Avast or whatever is not my antivirus program and i still cant see my characters
