I cant login in the allods.com site!

Well, I have an account that i made in the my.com site, not in the allods site, and i used my cellphone number to make it, not my email.

But when I try to login in the site to buy credits for my account in game, I can't login once I don't have an email registered in the account, cause I used my cellphone number. And it says that I can't login with that.

So please, help me to fix this.


OBS: I don't even know how to send a ticket lol (I'm new)

Hello,

How do you log in the game ? With a phone number as a login ?
You can try first to change your login here : http://account.my.com/login_change/ (not sure if it will work).

If it's the same issue than the "facebook" issue, you'll have to submit a ticket and ask for transferring your characters to an Allods account (created with a email and a password).
Customer support is here (you'll need to be logged in with an Allods/my.com account) and the transfer request is here.
