Suit that i never saw / Deserter Buff

Hello people! o/

I saw this suit in game these day and made a lil' research.
Although i couldn't see exactly how this suit became available to players, I suposed it was at Item Shop.

So.. are there any plans on putting this suit back again? When? What's is this suit's name?



PLUS
I want to give a sugestion too.
It's about the Deserter buff, that blocks you joining BGs. I think wasn't supposed to affect guild battles.
What I mean is that, if you leave a BG, it blocks you from fighting on Dominion. I think that there could be at least an NPC, which you could choose to pay gold to remove that buff. I wouldn't mind paying to fight for my guild.

I guess that I'll get this suit in the next Tropical Atoll event =T
I came from the BR server, we didn't have that suit x.x
But, what is the name of the outfit? I didn't find it in the wardrobe

I'll post my suggestion there. o/
