There's some informations in the "Negotiants" announcement :

After installing the update, your character shall receive a certain amount of Coins of Free Traders - depending on the amount of Fabled Glyphs of level 56 they have.

Enchanted Fable weapons can be exchanged for a new one with additional level 65 glyphs depending on the stage of improvement:

1st stage – for a fortified Uncommon weapon with glyphs of Uncommon quality.
2nd stage – for a fortified Uncommon weapon with glyphs of Rare quality.
3rd stage – for a fortified Rare weapon with glyphs of Rare quality.

makes me think that there will be again discrimination between 2h users and 1h+shield/offhand users, right? 2h users will get 3 rare glyphs, 1h+offhand users will get 2. is that correct?

and u not even considering those who changed class from 2handed max weapon to 1handed and offhand maxed enchanted those will get 4 or 5 cuz our gm's too lazy to fix it

From what I remember reading of the RU patch notes, enchanted off-hands are immediately unenchanted as soon as 6.0 is installed. Don't take that as the gospel, though, I haven't read them in a while.

Enchanted items for the left hand, the resulting change of class, converted into ordinary wonderful things for the left hand. If you change the class instead of a two-handed weapon, or a pair of enchanted enchanted now issued a one-handed paired with the usual wonderful subject for the left hand.
