I usually get few people a day asking things about builds and so on in game.
But I also check the board as well to see if there is any comments and what not that require my attention.

On a real note... still curious why nobody got a reward yet

There's almost 120 rewards to give and a lot more companions (Jerboa). Results were published on a friday (May the 1st, an officially non-working day almost all around the world).
So it's only been 2 days that the support team get the list of maybe around 200 players that are eligible for a reward.

It may take some time
