as you can see here , hes just killing all npc and the flag of war for him its never on

i cant complete my quests and cant do anything,

haha, this is funny :D

he will stop after it gets boring after some time, if you dont want to wait this long go find a warbanner, enable it, get an active holy justice and kill him
gamemechanics solve this

(although the bards acoustic barrier is still a funny thing that does not work 100% like intended there i guess ;) )

(guess your picture will be removed because they dont like to point out players or something, idk and idc)
