Insight ruby

I took Insight ruby for cutting the casting down when i use phyro.
The casting time should be less then 50% of the 2.5 s. and is not changing anyfinghis ?
If this is a bug please fix it we can not use phyro mode. please please ?

if you take insight ruby, afte you use the "concentration" skill you will get a 5 sec buff, while this buff is active your pyro will cast 50% faster

so its good to fast collect the pyrophrenia stacks at the beginning of a battle

it does NOT work for astral venom / shock as it should
