there is no such a thing as beeing hacked, there are only players who are not keeping their login&password private
so, the one using the account now is not a hacker, its just someone who knows your login because you gave him a way to know it

game often reminds to keep login information secret

its harsh, but this seems to be your own fault

so how can someone know? its not like only a password, its email AND password
thats far too much for guessing / bruteforcing it in a reasonable way

did you let strangers "teamview" you or do you share your computer with someone? (roommates etc?)

btw sice you should have the email-account for the gameaccount, simply reset gameacc's password?

is it admin@password and 123456? lol

take a look in spamfolder, it usually works instantly

You don't need to send numerous request, only one is enough.
Please get in touch with a Community Manager by private message on this forum, sending your Ticket ID and reason of your request.

As AOP said, check your spam folder too.

If you have never ever shared your account, then you have to scan your computer with an anti-virus and an anti-malware (for exemple this one).
