Really? Have they upgrated the perma VoD and VoL? The old one which I have requires a visit to the npc. Or did you refer to the Goblin that it will allow the use of perma VoD and VoL no matter where you are?

in the video it looks like the goblin will offer this

i wish it would be able to switch & swap skillpoints like when distibuting them, "on the fly" with VoD

oh and i see an option to change reinc skill everywhere

now only thing needed thats left is option to change reincarnation

I have questions about dragon relics lvl (65) if I got correct word xD nvm from Gates p
there are a lot need answer for that ...

for now If change class cant change type of relics , ye I didnt mean the type of stat like from deter to brua etc
I mean talents that had same as Eclipse relic can change type of its .

what will happen in next patch (6.0.2)

It can be changed or not?

plz need answer as far as can

65 dragon relics can not be changed if I understand the question
