Hello, megrimlok! Your gPotato ID has been already migrated to the My.com account base, if you experience any issues while log in to the game, write to support.my.com.

I tried the solution of creating a new email account and now when I try to login in the launcher it says my login details are incorrect (shoul I be getting any verification email - coz I didn't get one after creating the new my.com account)

If you migrated it to a different email address than you used on gpotato, you'll need to use the new email ypu set here, yes...

Exactly what are you being compensated for?

Loss of a free service?

They may extend the free use of the subscription server, or some other show of global good faith, but don't expect much else.

I do wish people would stop saying that because Allods is FTP that we don't deserve any kind of customer service at all. We have all put money into this game, and even those rare people who are completely ftp are invaluable to this game. People who beg for compensation for every small thing (no comment as to whether being unable to access toons while others get ahead is a small thing or not) are admittedly annoying, but so is constantly fighting for a service we HAVE paid for.

Only that anything they offer is not compensation. You get what you pay for - a quantity of in-game currency.

Also,to insinuate that the company is in some way not wanting to help you is insulting to the people working their asses off to come up with a solution for you. The response time is not ideal, and they will be painfully aware of that.

That is not to say that they aren't trying to help you, don't want to help you, or can't help you.

It doesn't help that at least 5 people yesterday were utterly, utterly convinced that they had the username duplication issue, but were instead trying to migrate multiple gpotato accounts to a single my.com account, which is not possible.

The best customer support requires the customer to provide as much as the agent.

Don;t forget that this is a brand new technical environment, supported by a brand new team. Lets not say that we are constantly fighting to play, when the service is brand new.

It's easy to forget that this is a whole new game, when it's not.

I agree with this.

Not sure what you mean by "it", but my initial post was simply saying I find it frustrating to be told that allods is a free service. No insult meant and none taken either.

But you're also right in saying that this is a totally new team. I'm sure that they'll want to impress us that they're better than the distributors we've had to deal with in the past, and I shouldn't let my feeling for those companies color this one. Hopefully they'll be as good as the others were bad.

im not found my characters

After the long wait, i tryed log in again in the game. i saw have a new update. okay game updated auto.
i try login...nothing happend.my account pass or email invalid. okay, try again with My.com lets see ..i try login again. nothing happend. my account or pass are invalid.. okay.lets try change my password.. and SUCCES!!! finally.
okay lets login in the game...and SUCCES!!! finally.

BUT WHO STOLE MY CHARACTERS??? lol i got the character creation screen and no other charcter in my account. plz solve my problem if you can .
