How come we dont get these costumes shown in the GIF in the event?

It's from the Russian servers, thus part of the 7.0 patch. Due to the patch delays, the earliest we can possibly get these costumes is in a year...

Just as we get the same Lucky Moments (as far as I can see, though I don't read Russian), only theirs lasts about 3 times as long.
