Astral ship gears gone

Hi!

As the title suggest, I have a issue concerning my astral ship gear. I used to have mid-high gears (blue l6, with leggy helm) but then, with the patch, all my cannons went to basic one, my helm turned to a low quality (green one). Even other parts like the reactor and the motor went to basic stuff. Also, I can't access any ship gears vendor. I did not found anything in the patch note about it so that's why I'm reporting this issue. In case you might need to know, my character is level 55 and my quest progression is around Tequalt, near Crystal Mountain.
