Any Gm Online At Forum For Help?

I am waiting since 6 days to get a solution about a topic no soluiton yet any gm online for help?

Hi Daywalker,

Right now the support staff are currently dealing with a lot of tickets / emails / PMs about the account transfer issues, while we have fixed the issues for the majority of players, there is still a handful left to fix (a few hundred max out of around 16,000).
The last stage involved going through each ticket one by one to manually fix each account, something that can take a long time.

The tickets regarding the transfer issues are our priority and we are working as hard as humanly possible to get them all fixed as soon as possible so we can address any other issues.
