Starting Allods

I was thinking of starting allods cause this game looks fun. Im confused on which classes to choose to start playing. Do you guys have any recommendations? Im looking for a class which is challenging to play that takes a moderate amount of skill and not a class which mashes only a few buttons. I was also wondering which roles are lacked in the server, thus having shorter queue time for dungeons and stuff. Any help would be appreciated.

The description you gave us is for a Psionicist...
However, I have my doubts you actually want to play that as it is dubbed the most boring class.
It takes a serious amount of skill to be "the best" at it and really make your DPS sore.

However, Bards/Engineers/Psis/Summies are always needed.

Regarding your "shorter queue time for dungeons" please be aware you'll not be having dungeon partners in the low levels...there just isn't enough people leveling. However, don't get discouraged, they have implemented a mercenary system (friendly NPCs) that will be able to help you through your dungeons. :)

Personally been leveling an engineer and been having a lot of fun with it, you could always try that. Mercenaries are mainly used in low level dungeons, like groot said, not many people are leveling low level toons. But the mercs are not bad at all, have zero trouble clearing dungeons whenever I used them.

check some yt videos and see whan u like.every char is diffrent.
It realy doesn't matter who u gonna choose,because if u bye rune high enough u can beat anyone with FH healer....
