Warden with Aspect of Support

Hello to every one,

This is for Aspect of Support build:

I have a question about a ruby Natural Cunnig it says you get
Tornado and Secret path cast instantly ?
and 15 sec reduced from cooldown of Earthquake ?
It is true or not ?
Please correct all rubies that need correction.....

instant secret path yes but is not the tornado but rather the long time cc eye of the strorm^^ but with rubees this pulls all enemys together like a warrior whirl^^ and the time reduce i think its 15% less cd instead of 15 sek

thank men so the - 15 % goes to Secret-path not to Earthquake like it says in the description? ok
and for Clout when you chose the 2 rubies 30% lightning do you need to take thunderer the 4 rubies 18% ?
I may take in consideration to change from Assault build to Support but all descriptions are a messed up ?
