I just download this game and it don't work.

What exactly do you mean by "It doesn't work" ? The download isn't starting, the game is just not starting after the download or the game cannot connect to the server after the start?

When i go to server status in client, it's says that server is offline.

Yeah, it says the same to me, it's an outdated page, just ignore it.

I've no connection issues right now, so it must be an issue on your local computer. Please verify (as AOP mentioned above) that the client is not blocked in your firewall or AVS
